Why rent our 12-yard long-term dumpster? Our 12-yard dumpsters have low, 4-foot walls that make loading trash over the side walls so much easier.  The 12-yard dumpsters have easy access from both the rear swinging doors or 360 degrees around the dumpster over the 4-foot walls.  These features make it easier for you to load heavy materials. This is the best option for a small (one or two-room) light remodel or weekend project.

Large rear swing door with easy walk-on and walk-off access.  Roll-off has wheels to protect your driveway.  It can be placed in your driveway, on grass near the driveway, on gravel, or asphalt.  Our 12-yard long-term dumpsters rent for up to 28 days included in the price.  We deliver/pick up the dumpsters between 6:30 am - 5  pm Monday through Friday. Please inquire if Saturday services are needed.

$599 (Including Tax) base price includes the following:

• 1 delivery and 1 pickup of a 12-yard container
• Delivery to our base area - Zone 1 (Some locations within our delivery area will incur a distance surcharge - Zone 2)
• 28-day rental beginning on the day of delivery
• Disposal fees for the first 1.5 tons of debris
• Can be mixed load residential and construction debris
• NOT to be used for concrete, dirt, shingles, or other heavy materials

 Swap-outs and Renewals

• Swap-out mid-term with the same end date is $296; includes transportation and 1.5 tons of waste
• Rental can be renewed for another 28-day cycle for $599 with the same terms and conditions
• Ongoing service is available

Landfill Costs: The weight of your debris will be determined by the landfill. The vehicle and dumpster will be weighed when entering and exiting to determine the weight of your load. Additional fees will be required if you exceed your package price.

Allowable Waste: This rental is for commercial cleanout which may include remodeling and construction debris. Construction and demolition (C&D) materials included in the C&D debris generation are carpet, cabinets, wood, drywall and plaster, glass and windows, siding, and more. This may also include Municipal Solid Waste (MSW)—more commonly known as trash or garbage—consisting of everyday items we use and then throw away such as product packaging, furniture, clothing, bottles, food scraps, newspapers, toys, and empty paint cans 

Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to concrete, concrete slurry, dirt, tree stumps, railroad ties, asbestos, paint, batteries, paint cans, hot ashes, oil, gas cans, oil drums, propane tanks, sealed containers, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, dead animals, medical waste, or any substance(s) prohibited by the landfill regulations. WEATHER AND WEIGHT: If you are concerned that rain will increase the weight of your dumpster you might consider covering any highly absorbent materials in the roll-off with plastic.
