A.Every dumpster is different but our website shows the amount of tonnage recommended.
Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices quoted online are all inclusive.
Q.What if I run out of room and need another dumpster?
A.It's simple really, just give the office a call to have a driver dispatched to your location to either swap out another dumpster or pickup when you’re done.
Q.How full can I fill the dumpster?
A.Fill until you reach the top rail. Do not put anything above the top rail; there is an additional charge for this.
Q.Can I get a wait & load? Meaning, can we load the dumpster while your dumpster and driver wait and take it when we are done?
A.Yes! We offer wait and load... it’s called Load n’ Go. Please call our office to schedule this.
Q.Can I move the dumpster after you deliver it?
A.You are not allowed to move any roll-offs with your personal equipment or a third-party‘s equipment.
Q.Do you deliver the dumpster at a certain time or how will we know when the dumpster will be delivered?
A.We deliver our dumpsters between 7am-5pm. Our delivery times are not guaranteed. We will deliver the dumpster on the day promised. However, the exact time is unknown due to the unpredictable wait times at the landfills. Let us know when you place your order and we can make a note to send you a text or a call when we are on the way to your dumpster. Upgrading to a Delivery/Pickup time slots is possible when available.
Q.Will the dumpster damage the surface it is to be set on?
A.No, our professional drivers know how to set up correctly to avoid any unwanted damage. Please call our office to discuss your surface if you have any concerns.
Q.Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?
A.No. It is not required for the renter to be present when the dumpster is delivered. Please make sure any special instructions are given to the office at the time of renting the dumpster.
Q.Will you automatically pick up the dumpster at the end of the rental period?
A.Yes, for the most part we do. Please notify the office the business day prior to scheduled pickup if you wish to extend. We offer longer term commercial rentals that can have an open ended pick up date.
Q.What is allowed in the dumpsters?
A.We accept all types of non-hazardous waste including residential trash,
construction debris, house cleanout etc.
- Appliances and mattresses may be placed in the dumpster for an additional fee. Specific loading instructions apply.
- Tires are an additional fee and MUST be placed OUTSIDE the dumpster; limits apply. Specific loading instructions apply.
- Paint cans are an additional fee and MUST be placed OUTSIDE the dumpster; limits apply. Specific loading instructions apply.
We ONLY haul concrete, dirt or bricks in the 6-yard dumpster. If for any reason our trucks are unable to haul off a dumpster you rented due to it being severely overloaded with restricted items, ie. concrete, dirt or bricks, OR debris above the top rails you will be responsible to empty the dumpster and will incur additional charges.

A.Prohibited Waste includes, but not limited to concrete slurry, railroad ties, asbestos, paint, paint cans, batteries, hot ashes, oil, gas cans, oil drums, propane tanks, helium tanks, sealed containers, vehicle parts, sludge, dead animals, medical waste, waste that is liquid or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or any substances prohibited by the landfill.
